The return policy gives the customer who purchased online the right to return the product and request a refund even in the absence of flaws or defects. Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase, these terms run from the receipt of the product.

    Return mode:

• Write to info@brugistoreeste.it indicating the items to be returned

• Make a package as small as possible (insert the receipt or invoice inside) and attach the waybill externally that will be sent to you by e-mail

• Deliver the package to the courier           

• Upon receipt of the return, a refund will be issued (excluding the initial shipping costs of the order and the deduction of the cost of the return shipment )

• The refund will be issued using the same initial payment method as the order (credit card, paypal, bank transfer)

• If the order has been paid by bank transfer, indicate the IBAN for the refund

• Place a new order to replace the item or size
